Aprende Finanzas offers live guidance sessions, digital learning materials, and selected physical resources to enhance your budget planning skills.

3. Registration

To access certain offerings, you may be required to provide personal details. You agree to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.

4. Fees and Payment

Access to services, digital materials, and physical goods requires payment of fees as indicated at checkout. Payments are processed via third-party providers. You must ensure the payment method is valid and sufficient.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

For live guidance sessions, you may request cancellation or rescheduling at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. To request a change, contact us through the contact form. Approval is subject to availability.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services (Live Guidance Sessions)

If you notify us at least 48 hours prior to the session start, you will receive a full refund of fees within 14 days via the original payment method. If you cancel within 48 hours of the session, no refund is provided due to preparation and allocation of resources.

Alternatively, you may opt to reschedule the session without additional fees, provided you request at least 24 hours before the original start time.

6.2 Digital Products

All digital materials are available for immediate access or download upon purchase. Once access is granted or the file is downloaded, no refund is possible due to the nature of digital content. If you experience technical issues, please reach out via the contact form for assistance.

6.3 Physical Goods

Physical materials may be shipped to your address. If the items remain in original, unopened condition, you may ship back the package within 30 days of receipt. You are responsible for shipping costs. Once we confirm receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund of the product fee within 14 days to the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including course outlines, documents, and materials provided by Aprende Finanzas, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aprende Finanzas and its partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Barcelona.
